Billed per site, per month. There is no hard SDS cap: uploads past the monthly allowance bill as overage, so a busy month never blocks a decision. An SDS already in the shared library does not count against the allowance. Annual contracts are available, and final pricing is set during your demo.

What counts as a site?
One physical facility with one inventory boundary, usually one EPA reporting unit. Each plant or warehouse is its own site. Every user at that site is included.
Can we start on Standard and move up later?
Yes. Everything you set up carries over, including SDS extractions, inventory history, and decisions.
What happens if we go over our SDS uploads?
Nothing stops. Uploads past the monthly allowance bill as overage ($2 on Standard, $1 on Pro). If a plan change would cost less, we will tell you.
How are the regulatory lists kept current?
Federal lists are loaded from EPA’s consolidated List of Lists. When EPA publishes an update, Chemsana compares it with the loaded version and emails the admins of every affected organization. Every decision records the list version it was checked against.
Do you offer a pilot?
Yes. Most customers run a 30-day pilot at one site: load the SDS library, import current inventory, post QR codes in the storerooms, and run the next few purchases through approval requests. You finish with a working Tier II draft.
Do you work with environmental consultants?
Yes. Consultants can switch between client organizations in one sign-in. Tell us how many client sites you support and we will walk through the structure on the demo.
Is our data used to train AI models?
No. Your SDS files, inventory, and decisions are never used to train AI models, and each organization’s records are kept separate from every other organization’s.
